Thank you for taking an interest in working with me. A consultation will be a meeting that we set up to dive in and explore who you are and your movement history and where you desire to be on the path to total wellness through movement training. SethLAtes is a system of training the body in a mindful approach for optimal health that uses Pilates as the main umbrella but also explores the techniques and philosophies of other techniques of which I have a lifetime training certification and education. Every person is different in how they respond to movement training. This is a deeper study of understanding your body awareness that is on the level of a teacher training course. You will come out knowing how to approach movement that will ensure optimal health for the rest of your life in a way that is easy and uncomplicated to understand.  The video you are about to view will explain the work and approach. Then you will fill out the questionnaire that I will review before the consultation so I can get a solid idea of who you are and how I can be of service to help you get started on a brand-new journey of optimal mind-body wellness.
